We want you to be able to join and contribute to a rich and fruitful conference, regardless of your capacity to pay for the conference tickets. Contact us and tell us why you want to participate, and we will find a solution for you.
You do not need to worry. Here’s why:
➤ The hotel where the conference will take place, Quality Hotel View, has a Safe Stay policy that involves meticulous infection control and safety measures. Read more here.
➤ If the situation in Sweden gets worse and does not allow us to hold the conference on-site, you will have the option to either change to a digital ticket or to get your money back.
If you want the full experience, participating on site is the best option for you! Apart from listening to interesting presentations, you may participate in break out sessions and the open space seminar where you can delve deeper into your specific interests. Plus, the on site experience is a great opportunity to meet other participants and our amazing speakers during breaks and the dinner on the first evening.
Accommodation at Quality Hotel View Hyllie is booked and paid individually by each participant upon arrival. Rooms can be booked by e-mailing email@example.com, providing the reference number 2110GR020586 and booking code Piku AB. Cancellations are free of charge until 4 pm on the day of arrival.
As a digital conference participant, you have the freedom to choose your surroundings. You get to listen to all the presentations and the panel discussions with our impressive ensemble of speakers.
Unfortunately, the open space and break out sessions are exclusive for participants on site, as well as the dinner on the first evening. Therefore, this is the best option if you mostly want to listen and learn, but not socialize and discuss.
